The
sale of Süd-Chemie's Performance Additives ("Rheologicals") Business
Unit to Rockwood Specialties Group is now complete, after
approval was given by the European Union anti-trust authorities on December 13,
2005. This business will be incorporated into Rockwood's Clay Additives business
unit, which includes Southern Clay Products, Inc. All products formerly produced
by Süd-Chemie will continue to be available from Andicor. | | | | | |
